Corrected issues:
- Scan network via Ethernet (TLS) detects multiple instances of the same Px40 relay.
- After aborting sending the full setting, Easergy Studio couldn't send setting anymore or modify the setting.
- No automatic refreshing in Active Bank
in 'Supervise Device' dialog of P30 device.
- Setting cell in courier browser and extraction of full settings - error reading cell.
- XRIO export shall always use dot "." and not coma"," for decimal.
- XRIO export shall always use English language.
- XRIO export: Greek characters are not exported correctly .
- Px30 settings cells units are doubled.
- Russian language fonts issue on check boxes.
- Modbus OE InterMicom FW not working in global Easergy Studio Version.
- The DNP setting cannot open when create a new DNP setting file.

- Test Connection can be success in Studio while the device is under polling by RHMI in 3 box mode.
